Panel of Arbitrators

Arbitral institutions, such as Aluochier Dispute Resolution, are comprised, in part, of arbitrators who decide upon the disputes before them, by applying the appropriate law to such disputes. Arbitrators need a good grasp of the law, need to be independent of the parties whose dispute they are arbitrating over, and must be impartial. They should have the capacity to resolve disputes expeditiously, efficiently, lawfully, reasonably and in a procedurally fair manner. If you possess these qualities, honed by enhanced knowledge and experience, coupled with integrity, then you are welcome to join Aluochier Dispute Resolution's panel of arbitrators. You can do this, initially, by sending us your curriculum vitae with a brief note explaining why you desire to join the said panel. We will then send you additional information for your consideration. Once there is agreement between you and Aluochier Dispute Resolution, you can be listed in the institution's panel of arbitrators.
